After you receive your card, simply present it to your pharmacist. There is no activation required to begin using your savings card. If you have prescription coverage and your copay is more than $25, you may receive up to $50 in savings on each of your next 12 refills. If you do not have prescription coverage, AstraZeneca will cover the first $50 of the cost for each of your next 12 refills of NEXIUM.
