How does the Protistant Reformation connect with the Counter Reformation?
The Counter REformation was a response to the Protestant Reformation. The Counter reformation tried reforms and to do what was wrong undone by them. In the counter reformation, there was the society of jesuits with the leader named Ignatius of loyola who went on a crusade of spreading Catholicism. The counter reformation tried to remove all materials such as lavish spendings such and such because it was against their idea.
