How does the program differ for those in the management vs policy concentration?

0

The core for each concentration is very similar. Those in the management track must learn workflow efficiency theories like sixth sigma and lean management in our Fundamentals of Management Course. Those in the policy track must learn the steps for policy analysis in our Health Policy class. Both must take health economics and public policy. The remainder of the 3 required courses for the concentration must be in management and policy for the respective concentrations. Because of the overlap in the learning objectives and skills, many of the courses do count for both. You are assigned an advisor (based on the concentration you have chosen) who will assist in making choices that help you meet your personal learning objectives.
