How does the “Professional Preview Service” work?
At Prestwick House, we know that you do not take the decision of investing your school’s money in a program that may or may not work in your classroom lightly, so we’ve developed a “Professional Preview Program” for your convenience. If you’d like to preview some new materials, simply mail or fax us a letter signed by a school administrator and printed on school letterhead requesting the materials. You can review the books for thirty days before returning them. We will either include a merchandise return label with your shipment or call a shipper to arrange for pickup so that if you decide that you do not want to keep the materials, you don’t have to worry about the return postage. Unfortunately, reproducible items (that is, items designed to be photocopied and handed out to students) cannot be sent out on professional preview. Sample packets or PDFs are available for these products.
