How does the process work for purchasing property by way of cash?
When you find a parcel you would like to purchase, contact us via the email set up and give us the item number of the property your looking at purchasing. We will then contact you to get your information on what name(s) and address you want on the deed, and to give you our information as well. At that point we can start to prepare your deed that way upon receipt of the funds your deed and paperwork will be ready to send out to you. From that point you will receive your paperwork as well as recording instructions just follow the instructions and you will receive a recorded copy of your new deed from the county.
