How does the process of securing a teaching position work?
Securing a teaching position is an extensive process for which Fellows are ultimately responsible. Acceptance in the Twin Cities Teaching Fellows is not a guarantee of employment. While the program works diligently to make districts and charter schools aware of our available Fellows, Fellows must demonstrate their potential to principals and hiring officials in interviews and other interactions in order to secure their teaching positions.
