How does the process of “My Life” help improve decision making via BRAIN BASED LEARNING?
In accord with the principles of Brain Based Learning, ” My Life” puts learners in an active role. No one is lecturing to them or telling them what to do. Rather, students make their own choices and learn for themselves what works and what doesn’t. They care about and become emotionally involved in their character’s fate. Finally, since the class plays the game together they have a “shared experience” which promotes valuable discussion and further reinforces learning.
