The processes, components and techniques introduced in the PRINCE2 Foundation Course provide a solid foundation and an appreciation for the key principles of project and programme management. PRINCE2 is being offered to UNDP staff to build a conceptual baseline which will help put UNDP’s methodology into a context and explain why the organization has defined the programme and project management approach and methodology as it is presented in the Results Management Guide.
