How does the Postal Service view termite and bug control?
The lease specifically says “landlord is responsible for inspection, prevention and eradication of termites and any other wood eating insects and for repairs of any damage resulting there from during the continuance of the lease.” It is only our responsibility when it is a housekeeping issue. Specific questions should be referred to your local FSO.
