How does the PNC Escrow Service work?

0

The PNC Escrow Service is very similar to your current Escrow Manager Account. PNC’s online (Web) module allows you to manage your escrow sub-accounts. PNC’s online service works virtually the same as your current Web Escrow Manager. You can easily make disbursements from your master escrow money market deposit account and adjust the appropriate sub-account(s) online1. You can make deposits at any branch and then go online to allocate the funds to the appropriate sub-accounts. You can also add new sub-accounts online and mail PNC the W-8 or W-9. If you do not use our online service, we will provide you with a deposit-only money market deposit account for holding your funds, and an additional Free Business Checking Account2 for disbursement of funds once they are transferred from the money market deposit account. (Call PNC at 1-800-762-5684 or stop by your local branch for details on the Free Business Checking Account). Whenever you need to deposit funds and establish a new sub-account
