You install the stations in the soil around the exterior of your property at approximately 3 metre intervals as detailed in our installation guide. As termites forage in soil around the exterior of a property, they come across the specially designed timber monitoring blocks inside the in-ground stations and begin to feed on these blocks. This is because timber in the soil gives off carbon dioxide which termites seek out when foraging for food sources. When termites are detected feeding in a station, a professional pest manager can be called in to apply colony control agents to the stations in which termites are active.
