How does the Pictures Results page work?
After you’ve run your query, AlltheWeb will display results in a grid of 12 thumbnails (small image files) that match your query sorted by relevancy. AlltheWeb indicates the Filename, File type (i.e. GIF, JPEG, BMP, etc.), Image dimensions (Width x Height) and File size in kilobytes (KB) of each image. For example: Thumbnail: Click the thumbnail image to go to fullsize image. Filename: In the example above, “Koala”. Clicking the image filename will take you to the fullsize image. Image dimensions: Displayed in pixels and in “Width x Height” format. File size: Indicated in kilobytes (KB). Tip Images with larger file sizes will print better, but take longer to download.
