How does the pickup process work?
Once the terms of sale have been agreed between you and Pusada.com, our staff will work with you to establish a date and time for pickup. Typically, transactions are negotiated using email and pickup is coordinated via instant messenger (IM). At the time of pickup, a Pusada.com staff member will be available via IM during the entire process to assist you with any issues that may arise, and to confirm pickup.
