How does the picking process work?
I don’t have people come pick their puppies until you come to pick them up at 7 weeks old. This has been working very well for me, it also is great for those that live far away but do plan to drive to pick their puppy up, this way they don’t need to pick by picture and can pick in person. The puppies will be more grown than picking at 4-5 weeks old and they will have much more personality and coats at that time. This process works great but it does mean that if you reserve a puppy from me you will need to pickup on time so you can pick your puppy in order of deposits. First deposit gets first pick and so on. If you can’t pickup on time you will need to wait for a later litter as I no longer keep puppies once they are ready to go to their new families which begins at 7 weeks old. Keep in mind that if you are first pick you will need to come early in the day to pick up so I can get everyone scheduled after you for that day. Pick ups will start at 10AM on the go home day.
