How does the Philippine Government feel about the Academy?

We have purposely tried to keep a low profile with the Government. It is the founders’ philosophy that government regulators tend to stifle entrepreneurial pursuits. However, one of the leading Senators in the Philippines recently made this statement about the need for a cultural shift toward entrepreneurship: “There is clearly a need for Filipinos to undergo a paradigm shift in the way they view their future economic well-being as individuals and as a nation. From their prevailing mind-set of depending on government or large businesses to create jobs for them, the Filipinos’ outlook should radically shift towards their giving importance to generating their own income and jobs for others through the entrepreneurial path.” I have never agreed with a government official more either in the Philippines or in America.
