How does the personal security validation work?
The first time you log on to the upgraded system, you will be asked to select three questions and provide the answers. If we ever need to confirm your identity, simply provide the correct answers to the security questions so we can verify that we are communicating with you, not an impostor. If you log into a computer that our system doesn’t recognize, we’ll prompt you to answer a question to ensure that you and only you have access to your account(s).
