How does the PCSSW differ from other patient satisfaction surveys?
• The survey includes a wider range of services, experiences and topics pertaining specifically to women. While generic patient satisfaction tools are designed to be applicable to all patients regardless of gender, they are not always sensitive to health issues that are unique to women. Successful efforts focused on enhancing quality of care for women requires information from the patients perspective on how to improve such services to best support women’s attempts to lead healthy and productive lives.
