HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PLAN WORK?
A. Panorama Orthopedics makes every attempt to assist patients with their financial needs. Our payment plans vary, but we normally ask for half of the payment on, or before, the date of service, with monthly payments to be completed within 90 days of the date of service. We do offer discounts for patients that pay in full at the time of service.
You will be charged your first payment today plus the cost of S&H and the cost of any other products you have ordered. Your second payment of $19.95 will be billed 30 days from today, and your third payment will be charged 60 days from today. For a more details, please go to our Terms and Conditions.
A $69 down-payment (includes Shipping and Handling) is required at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance is divided into six equal payments. The first of your six monthly installments will be billed to you when your gold ring is shipped to you. You can choose to have these monthly payments automatically charged to a credit card, or debited from your checking account.
We require that you place a deposit down by choosing Wig Payment Plan. To participate choose Wig Payment Plan during order customizing, you will per pay a deposit to start your wig order by selected this opinion . Your remaining balances will be $355.00.. As soon as the deposit is made, we will begin to prep and produce your unit. You will then be allotted a 60 day period to pay your balance in full. We offer you the flexibility to pay your balance in weekly or bi-weekly increments. To take advantage of this opportunity, please indicate your payment plan option on your order form.
The NC State Payment Plan administered by Tuition Management Systems (TMS), enables students and their families to make interest-free monthly installments to pay each semester’s tuition and expenses. You determine how much you need to budget for tuition, housing, dining, etc. in ten (annual plan) or five (semester plan) installments. Your monthly payments are then applied to your charges. Both Undergraduate and Graduate students are eligible to use the Tuition Management Systems (TMS) Payment Plan to finance their tuition expenses.
