The electronic check-by-phone payment of surcharges is a simple process. The first step is to Login by entering the reference number located on the top right hand side of conviction surcharge notice and the driver license number or identification card number (or DPS assigned number) located on the conviction surcharge notice. This step allows the application to do a real-time query of the surcharge database to determine eligibility and fees. The system will prompt for bank account and payment information.
