How does the P-SAS Trade Forum work?
P-SAS is used by buyers to source commercial tonnage from their existing supply sources and by suppliers to respond to requests for quotation from their existing buyers. P-SAS also provides options for both buyers and suppliers to distribute their requests to the open market in order to expand their visibility and opportunities. The Trade Forum works on a bid and offer process. The buyer submits a request for quotation based on immediate or short-term requirements.
