How Does The Ozone Layer Protect Animals On Earth?
The Ozone acts as a barrier from the sun’s electromagnetic radiation. Without the Ozone, the planet would constantly be bombarded with high-speed Ultraviolet rays called Gamma rays. These Gamma rays can go much deeper than just the skin and can cause damage to organs at a molecular level in all living things. So, be thankful we still have an Ozone layer.
