How Does The Outside Pollution Penetrate Inside ?
There are two methods of ventilation Natural infiltration and Mechanical ventilation. When not enough fresh air enters inside, the indoor pollution can reach degrees higher than the pollution outside & become threatening to the health and comfort of the residents. When there is not enough air exchange inside, the risks of discomfort increase for the individuals. Natural infiltration is the most normal method. Each day, open 2 windows partly for a few minutes and turn on the fans in the kitchen & the bathroom. You will easily feel the difference. You control how much fresh air you want or get an air exchanger. (They are mandatory in new houses ) Evacuate excess moisture from the kitchen & bathroom with the fans.
