How does the OSC profile validation process work?
• Step 1 – Partner enters information: PAM/PSP Information, Optimization training achievement, Competency Data, Solution Information; complete Solution Profile, and identify technical specialist to review solution. • Step 2 – email goes to PAM for validation of PSP. • Step 3 – email goes to Specialist for solution validation. • Step 4 – upon approvals of validations, partner receives email providing the benefits access. • Step 5 – field teams have access to the partners solutions and details so opportunity matching can occur (PCR).
