How does the openPDC handle situations where a historian is not responding?

0

In the event that a historian stops responding to the openPDC’s attempts to send it data, the openPDC will buffer the data meant for that historian. The openPDC will attempt to re-establish communication to the historian with rolling connection attempts. When the connection to the historian is established the data will then be sent to the historian for archival.
