How does the online licensing negotiation process work?
The negotiation process can be initiated by either the Buyer or the Seller. By creating a deal memo via the deal memo step-by-step wizard, the initiating party will submit an offer to the counter party. The counter party will then be able to review the offer and accept, reject, or make a counter offer. The process will go back and forth until either an agreement is made, or the offer is withdrawn or rejected. The entire negotiation and transaction occurs within the secured GMX website.
