How does the online computer repair and maintence work?
When you sign up for the monthy maintenance package on our site trough the PayPal button, you will recieve an email from us with a link that will open up in your default web browser to a site that will prompt you to install the remote access software. After you install the software and set the password that we specify for you we will send you an email letting you know when we will be connecting to your computer, usually within 24 hours. Fill free to reply back to this email to specify any preferred times for us to connect. If overnight maintenance works for you then please specify that. After that every month on the same day we will send you a 24-48 hour advance notice to let you know that maintenance is due. You may simply leave the computer on at that same time or you may once again specify your preferred time for us to connect or you may postpone the maintenance to a later date.
