The system consists of a Nutricate Receipt Interceptor Computer (RIC) that is designed to conveniently fit under your existing POS thermal printer. The RIC contains all information necessary for printing of Nutricate receipts, including nutritional information of your menu items and all associated messaging. This information can be updated by you at any time through a simple web page.
