How does the NTN mount point compare to 75mm bindings?
NTN mounts using a four hole Rottella pattern which is slightly wider than the standard 4-hole pattern. However, the base plates can also support the standard four-hole patterns. In this way, they are also compatible with Voile or the old K2 inserts. As suggested by Rottefella, mounting NTN is better where the boot center mark is matched with the boot center mark on the ski. In this manner, they mount more like alpine skis, though some folks like it better just slightly back about 1cm or so.
