How does the No Delays Achiever deal with patient journeys that are more complex than Outpatient to Diagnostics to Inpatient?
If we take an example, lets say there were three outpatient appointments for a particular patient in a particular journey, the total outpatient wait includes all of these. The first outpatient appointment is used to calculate the stacked bar chart, but all outpatient appointments are included until treatment. You can view the average number of outpatient appointments, pre and post treatment, if you look at the pre/post chart.
