The NY Water Taxi’s Statue of Liberty Express Tour is offered on a year round basis AND as a bonus during the high season (May–October), you will receive a complimentary Bonus Flex Pass when you choose the Statue of Liberty Express Tour as one of your attraction picks. The Bonus Flex Pass allows you to choose any ONE of the following tours and not have it count as one of your Explorer Pass choices: Harbor Sunset Cruise, 1-day Hop on/Hop off Water Taxi, and Eco Tour.
