How does the new Public Library tie in with the Community Center?
A. A Community Steering Committee, with participation from the City and School District, is studying the feasibility of building a Community Center (meeting and recreational facilities) adjacent to the new Public Library. The City and School District agree the construction of a new library is an integral part of the Community Campus concept. The scope, costs, and financing of the Community Center project have not been fully defined, however, the new Public Library has been designed in a manner that will complement and support the future of the Community Center project.
