How does the new concealed weapon law affect my court?
It remains illegal to carry or attempt to carry a firearm, dangerous weapon or any other dangerous ordinance into a courthouse or any building that contains a courtroom, pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code (R.C. 2923.123). Additionally, signage shall be posted in a conspicuous location that clearly makes this known to visitors (R.C. 2923.1212)1.
