How does the MRO contact the donor?
The MRO will make three attempts to contact the donor within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the test result from the laboratory. If no contact has been made within twenty-four hours, MRO will request that the employer attempt to contact the donor and have the donor call us. If no contact is made within seventy-two (72) hours after the donor is contacted by the employer, the employer will be notified and given the result of the test. If the employer is unable to contact the donor, the result will be reported ten (10) days after the receipt of the result from the laboratory.
