How does the Motivational Program work?
The Motivational Program helps ensure that students will pay attention and actively participate during the tutoring sessions. Keeping the student motivated and attentive is the key in ensuring that they are able to understand the materials covered. During a tutoring session, the tutor will give the student points for doing well in class and for active participation. The student accumulates the points and they can use these points to get rewards or prizes. This may include gift certificates, school materials, etc Parents are able to view the number of points their child has earned from the Parent Portal. The students are able to view their points, view all the available rewards, and redeem their points for the reward of their choice from the Student Portal.
