How does the monthly rent compare to others in the area?
Our monthly rents have always been priced aggressively, especially when considering all the included services and furnishings. Many of our tenants have told us they had looked at more expensive offerings that were in less desirable locations requiring longer times to campus, and these offerings didn’t come with the luxury furnishings we furnish. If you have not seen other offerings in the area, please be careful to note all that we offer before comparing monthly rents. We are confident that you will then find there is simply nothing that compares.
