We are very proud of our reputation with our customers. However to further reassure you, in the unlikely event that you would wish to return your painting, we will happily offer a refund on the price you paid (excl. shipping costs) if returned in perfect condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt (buyer pays return shipping costs). Please note that this return guarantee is not applicable to business customers. Neither is it applicable to specially adapted/commissioned or non-standard size pieces which, by their very nature, are absolutely bespoke to the special requirements of each individual ordering customer.
