How does the Money-Back Gender Guarantee work?
If you follow the GenSelect Fully Integrated System directions for gender selection fully and the child naturally conceived during use of your Home Kit is not of the preferred sex, your entire purchase price will be cheerfully refunded (product cost only). That’s the GenSelect Money-Back Gender Guarantee. The GenSelect Money-Back Gender Guarantee applies to the last complete Home Kit purchased OR the last full set of refills purchased. To the extent possible, Gender Guarantee refunds are made for the products that were actually being used when pregnancy occurred. Complete sets of refills must be purchased to qualify for the Gender Guarantee. Customers using only complete Home Kits and meeting the requirements for a Gender Guarantee refund – and who have not purchased refills – are refunded the cost of their last-purchased Home Kit (shipping & handling charges are not refunded).
