We will send your boarding pass in the form of a barcode directly to your mobile using the MMS facility. This barcode will allow you to go directly to the departure gate, where the code will be scanned from the display on your mobile.* The new, paperless check-in facility by mobile. No more waiting at the check-in desk. The airberlin MMS Check-in is an easy and quick way to manage your entire check-in procedure by mobile. All you need is an MMS-capable mobile. As soon as your flight is available for online check-in (for advance bookings this will be approx. 30 hours before the scheduled departure, for last-minute bookings this will be approx. 3 hours before departure) we will automatically send you an SMS asking you whether you would like to check in by mobile phone. This invitation will be sent to you for each leg of your journey. You can pre-check in by replying to the text message with the relevant flight number.
