How does the ministry define a “good record of environmental compliance”?
The ministry considers the facility’s compliance record over the past five years as part of the application process. No single instance of non-compliance will exclude a facility from the program. A facility’s compliance history is considered as a package and each applicant is considered on a case-by-case basis.
