Place your order online through our secure website or over the phone. If you choose professional installation, we will ship out an empty, prepaid box. Place your Mac mini and AC adapter in the box, affix the prepaid label, and send it back to us. Once we’ve received it, the upgrade will be completed within 1-2 business days and sent back to you. If you choose to install the items yourself, the items will be sent to you along with installation instructions.
