How does the Mileage Plus Reward MilesSM program work?
The Reward Miles program was developed to allow your company or organization the ability to give customers and employees something they’ll appreciate more than anything else: miles toward free travel. Mileage Plus miles are the perfect way to reward your customers, thank your employees, strengthen business relationships, and boost sales. We offer two options for ordering Mileage Plus Reward Miles: our electronic version of Reward Miles (valid worldwide for three years) and our paper version of Reward Miles (valid in the U.S. only for one year). Both are pay-as-you-go with a minimum prepayment.
