The Microsoft® Open Business License Program is simple and easy to join. 1. Place an order for five or more licenses for Microsoft® products at the Dell Download Store. We’ll send you an order confirmation email and transmit your order to Microsoft. 2. Within three to four business days, you will receive an email with the Microsoft Open License Order Confirmation that shows the start and end date for your agreement, your authorization number, your license agreement number, and instructions for logging on to the Microsoft Open Business web site. 3. Log on to the Microsoft Open Business web site to download your software and obtain the Volume License Key for each volume license.
