4. The Maryland Commission on Human Relations accepts complaints from persons who reasonably feel they have been discriminated against, in areas of housing, employment, public accommodations, and patient care. In addition, the Commission may, on its own, initiate a complaint based on reliable information that any person or business has been, or is engaged in a discriminatory practice.
