As the connected mobile phone sends a request SMS with the unique serial number of the MarketEye to the server, the call centre can immediately call the mobile phone number which was transferred to the call centre by sending. The dialogue will be automatically put trough the vacant agent who sees the position of the customer in a pop-up window by the provided serial number of the marketEye.
