How does the LuxWiz affect the Harmonics?
LuxWiz Energy Saver does not affect the power quality or introduce current harmonics (i.e. current THD) to the lighting circuit. When in use, it maintains the sinusoidal waveform of the voltage and current of the lighting circuit it is connected to without any distortion. Other energy saving equipments use high-speed solid state electronic switching to control the power to lighting circuits. They may contribute to deteriorated power quality and higher power line current harmonics.
