HOW DOES THE LOWEST AIRFARE GUARANTEE WORK?
Our travel agency agreements provide a guarantee of the lowest available fare at the time of ticketing. You have the option of two travel agencies to provide you with service in processing your University business travel. If you feel that you have been ticketed with either a fare that you believe was not the lowest available at the time of ticketing, or provided a routing that was not the most efficient, bring it to the attention of the University’s Travel Services office at 474-8492 for investigation with the agency.
