After you use SmartPrice.com to place a switch request, we will ask you to verify your order. For some long distance companies, we ask you to check a box on the site stating that you want to switch your long distance to the new company. For other long distance companies, we have to conduct a “Third Party Verification” to ensure that your service is not being switched without your permission.
