How does the litigation process work? Do I receive a commission if an agency sues?
There are many variables, but the way such a case works is that the individual (whistleblower) who discovers the fraud approaches the agency with proof of the fraud. The agency will then contemplate legal action against those committing the fraud. If you the whistleblower and initiate the legal actions by informing on the agency, then you will have a potential claim on portions of any judgment or settlement that is received.
