How does the listing admin work?
From the listing admin, you can see items you have put up for Chic Swap. Once you have shipped the item, mark the item in your admin as “shipped” by choosing it form the drop down menu. If you have a tracking number, enter it in the text box. The user that redeemed your item will then be able to see that the item has been shipped and can track it using the number you’ve provided.
