How does the level of play on the U-20 National Team compare to FSU?
The level of play on the National Team is a lot more physical. They have a lot more mature and knowledgeable players. But I think the U.S. National Team and FSU both try to play pass it, and knock it around, and keep the ball and stuff like that. I think it is an easier transition for FSU players to get looks because they are good technical players. Now FSU has had tremendous success in the last four years. What do you attribute that to? I would attribute that to Mark [Krikorian’s] mentality and recruiting and the people that are there, their commitment to each other and to the program. Were you there when Mark got there? I had committed to the previous coach and then uncommitted when he left because I did not know who the new coach would be. But then I met Mark and he was very professional so I decided to go there and give it a chance and I did. Are there any commonalities between the different successful teams you have been on?
